Rights and Freedoms Party (HAK-PAR)
Chair: Bayram Bozyel - Born in Diyarbakır in 1961.He graduated from Istanbul University's Economy School Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations in 1993. At the third Ordinary Congress of HAK-PAR, he was the sole candidate for the helm and was elected chair. He is married and has two children.
